We visited three orthodontists - one suggested pulling 4 teeth out, two suggested not. His general dentist also suggested not. So we are not going to extract teeth. The two orthodontists who suggested not to extract teeth said that if we were not satisfied with the results, we could always choose to extract teeth later. They said they were going to use profiles for Asians. Pulling teeth out won't leave gaps later.
