I am kindd of joking. it is realy well off for a family

with 15-20K annual income in Co, Ar where you can buy a large luxury mansion with about $200,000. To us who spent million dollar to buy a humble house in a metropolitian area. Co and Ar is really cheat. and relatively speaking, 15-20 K annual income is pretty good in American countryside, their kids to college do not and should not need fiancial aid. with the same amount annual income, it is pretty tough for a family in an urban area to support kids to go to college without financial aid.
