This really sounds fishy

Unless they way overpaid the first year or they dare to lie the next. One year is just too short to make much move.

Because most of the school ask for tax trurn of two previous years. I.e. 2006 and 2007 in our case. If there is suddenly a big change, it will raise the flag for an audit.
