No, they are all little problems, like not raising hand first before speaking, interrupting others when they are talking, being too loud in the classroom, running instead of walking in the hall, etc, etc. But these do need to be corrected. My son didn't figure out how to "behave" properly at school until he was a 4th grader. He said, "now I learned the lesson." So no big deal, just keep working with the teacher and the child, and don't expect the issue to go away over night.
