My daughter's elementary just rewarded a Blue Ribbon

My daughter was very happy, and the whole school turns blue now (everybody wear blue color clothes.)

I actually have mixed feeling about the whole No Child Left Behind program. It tends to narrow curriculum, and makes teacher overly occupied with the test, so it may not be good for smart kids.

Anyway, it is good to my property value.
