撒若 needs to stay home with her kids.

Her teenage daughter is pregnant, her last boy has Down syndrome. She has five (four?) Kids, so her kids need her more, and she should consider her kids' need first.

I would think John Mckein did a very risky decision. I can't imagine put the whole country under 撒若 if McKein has some health issue.
