everytime visiting hospital or Dr. office. bring a notebook

and ask if they mind you record the procedure they did and medicine they gave. this way they will pay more attension to what they did. Also if you don't agree, you can refuse or ask them to recheck if they done it right. you also need to train yourself to know the correct doeses for most medicine your kids needed. I had the problem with my son's Dr. And know I chose my son's Dr very careful even I need to pay much more for visiting her. I know for each time visiting her I pay more, but my son visiting her less, rarely need to go to er and buy less medication this way we actully saved the money.
