It seems that your son has a low self-esteem, and is probably bullied at school (most likely he does not tell you this).To repeat grade 6 will only increase his problem.


Try some ways to increase his self-esteem. How about learning some martial arts? Go out to help others? Community volunteer? If he has any academic difficulty, hire a tutor.
