After I read some posts in Si Fang Xiao Cai, Which people said they used Food Processor for mixing Jiao Zi, Bao Zi fillings.
I bought one(either 12cups or 15 cups), Kitchen Aid brand, and found out there was a plastic blade in addition to metal blades, which normally are for cutting. I figured out the plastic blade is the one for mixing.
It is a little bit pricy, but it saves a lot of manual work.
