经常收到老师这样的信，怎么办？非常苦恼

我女儿在kindergarden, 才上了一学期，可老师对她的评语非常得不好。今天是老师写给我的一封信：
I just wanted to give you an update on *** today. She is the only one not finished with her work. Instead of working she chose to use her scissors to cut her crayons. I took her scissors away. Also, at P.E. today Mr. *** asked the students to to line up on the white line while playing a game and she folded her arms and yelled "NO". She would not listen and was very disrepectful to him. I was outside with them when this happened. Please talk about this with her and have her write an apology note to Mr. ***.
我感到非常难过，不知道怎么帮助她才好。平时和她说话，经常当作耳边风，除非我大声的吼，她才会注意力集中一下。我平时也忙，也没好好管教，总觉得她和这个世界隔了层东西。
有谁有相似经历能给我出出主意吗？？
