Can we set up a fund to donate for Mr. Wu attorney fee

Now the most important thing is to set up a fund to donate for Mr. Wu attorney fee. Although there is death penalty in California, only 16 people were executed since 1976. So, if Mr. Wu hires an experienced attorney, the result might be not so bad. Mr. Wu is far more innocent than OJ Simpson. It is time for all the Chinese in U.S. to be united.
Although I do not promote killing, I do not condemn him either. He did kill but he did not kill innocent people. He still need help now.
If I was Mr. Wu, I would not kill anyone. Instead, I would try best to look for job and solve the financial problem. However, some high management deserve some punishment. To secure the short-term personal interest, e.g. bonus, some top management made bad business decisions, although they know the decisions might be poisonous from a long run. The top management should be responsible for the companies’ poor performance. But they lay off people to make the low-level employees pay the price. Even now, some top management lay off employees to make the cost lower and profit higher, in order to get the bonus. How necessary is the lay-off? Most likely the laws will not punish the top management because the laws were made in favor of them.
