Face Protector SPF 25. Is it a must to clean it with some special cleaner? Is Wash-Away Gel Cleanser the right one?

If any MM knows about it, please give me some advice. I don't like extra steps, but will do it if I have to. Is there any sun block which doesn't need extra cleaning steps?
