尝试从军事角度给出签东海协议的原因

首先，签署这个东海协议是要拉拢日本，可是为什么要拉拢日本呢？我个人猜测是因为日本有动手打算而恰巧我们核设施在这次大地震中受到损失，无法确保用常规海战战胜日本，所以需要缓兵之计。不要骂我想象力丰富，因为我看了一些地震的帖子，有些村民说，地震时大山喷火，有些山就像被开了塘，还有的地方被从别处飞来的土掩埋，而这些土有100米高。也看了一些照片，好象是真的。

个人瞎猜，千万不要扣帽子。
