Finally, I realize... the simplest way to read/predict how does Beijing Govt. behaver/response and identify manipulation/lies easily.
Stability is the CORE to Beijing Govt.. China needs peaceful environment to deal with its huge problems/challenges much more than others. As long as one does not challenge the button/red line, Beijing Govt. is quite lenient.
Therefore, claims of Beijing Govt.'s harshness are likely to be accusation as unnecessary harshness does not serve Beijing's best interest. Likely, there are complicated reasons behind unrests.
