There is a website (wenxuecity.com) of oversea Chinese, which totally independent of Beijing Govt. as I know of. Many people have exchanged their anger at Media's misleading and blocking of internet access.
Does it make any sense that Chinese Govt. block its own website, on only those links that related to Tibet??
Whoever behind the riot really did the most stupid thing to themselves. The riot pushed majority of oversea Chinese, including the dissents of, to be side with Beijing Govt. By my estimation, 95% of people who visit wenxuecity take the position with Beijing though they make a lot of criticize on the Govt. You know what - the majority wants the govt. to enforce the law on the lawless criminals and have fair policy to ALL the ethnic groups, including Han.
Again, I don't not speak for Beijing Govt. I just want to show you of Chinese side of thinking.
