to sign a liability weiver so they know the risk,remember it's your house you can request anything you want, or they can just leave. and if someone drawn in the pool without your prior permission to enter your property, that's their fault. better yet to have insurance coverage big enough for all of your assets. (btw, i don't work in that field :)
