2。如果在能确保他不影响他的身份并在未来一年内能获得绿卡的情况下，是否可以现在就可以实施离婚手续？
This question is borderline illegal.

The cheapest divorce is the death of one party. All you have to do is to show the death certificate. Nobody has to sign anything. No problem with remaining assets.
