That makes the job easy. Personally, I will not give what he wants just give him a taste of real world. No reason was given to him. Just a cold ASS A-.

If he is use to begging for whatever he wants, it is not good for his future. If he let it go like a man, he might already get his A. Plus, A- does not hurt GPA much.

Dont ever explain your grading to the student when the final score came out. It will be looked at as a weakness. Wondering why always the A-hole became boss? Because it takes a A-hole to make sure nobody cross the line.
