I paid my fair share of Tuition!

If she has deposit, make sure you return the deposit if everything is remotely acceptable.

If she has her own water power bills make sure those were paid.

Ask her for a forwarding address. (She can not go after you does not mean you can not go after her.)

Everything has to be kept with your house record until you sale the house. Record keeping ..................Also check the status of limitation in your area. should be somewhere betwen 6-12 months after moved out.
