我的 unemployment insurance 被拒后, APPEAL得到了下面的结果,这是回信中的一段.有人知道”if the appeal has been filed timely” 是什么意思吗? 从这封信上看,我还需要做什么吗?

"This is notification that U.I. Appeals has received a request for an unemployment insurance hearing. The specific subject of the hearing is stated above under ISSUE. At a later date, if the appeal has been filed timely, an administrative law judge will mail a Notice of Hearing to the parties,informing them of the date and time of the hearing."
