be careful buffet's effect along with rate cut

I am going to do what Buffet suggested. Buy as much as I can.
There are many large companies giving nice dividend and in monopoly position. Their dividend is not in the risk of getting cut.

INTC 3.5% dividend is nice enough. Potentially it can go to $20 before year end.
