The manufactuering is the first step to join the world economic operations, the key is where is the second step ? keeping running the manufacturing business to get smaller and smaller profits due to higher cost and competition ? or use the capital earned in the first round to buy more technologies and business to enter the other cycles of whole business ? A lot of smart business people are moving in to the latter option in China. The government should spend money to sponsor and encourage those exploration. However, the stupid and rigid Chinese bankers have been buying US bonds with the people's hard earned money. $370 bln morgage loan is a proof for the inresponsible investment.
