The analysts are using the pro forma numbers.

GOOG's revenue also missed: Net of TAC = 4827 - 1440 = 3387 vs consensus estimate of 3450.

But since GOOG already fell almost 30% from the top, it's difficult to predict how low it would go.

It touched 509 during AH, now it's back to 526.
