NO. normally, you only pay tax to where you live state

1) -- you only have one Tax ID, which you get from Federal. You can use it in all of 50 states in USA
2) -- You do not need to pay where state you do not live , but earn from them normally. But if some states do not have agreement, you may only pay no resident tax.or commercial tax.
