首先一点，注册公司不在city hall，而在 state (if corporation) 或者在 county (if DBA)。

注册 business license 一般在 city hall，如果你所在的城市没有city hall，那就去所在的 county 。

tax id number，在国税局的网站上就可以申请到，网址：https://sa1.www4.irs.gov/modiein/individual/index.jsp

sellers permit，如果你在加州的话，上网 google 一下“BOE400”，然后按照步骤来。
