尺寸不合适？可能是真的，也可能是借口，看你的理解了。
要回listing fee 的可能性比较小， 除非买家自愿赔偿。final value fee是可以要得回来了：file dispute ->buyer hasn't paid for item yet ->both buyer and seller agree not to complete this transaction， EBAY 随后会给买家发一mutual agreement， 一旦买家confirm是这么回事，ebay 就回退回final value fee。建议你file dispute 前先与买家交流，告诉她这样作是要解除买家/卖家之间的contract，也是为了要回你的FVF,无negative impact on seller or buyer.
如果买家不confirm,一个星期后ebay也回退FVF给你。唯一担心的是，买家如果搞小动作，否认both seller/buyer agree not to complete this transaction，那么你的FVF就要不回来了。
