manufacturing company for sale

A friend requested me to look for manufacturing (small cap) company in usa for sale. any good lead to find such information. May be tied to M&A in Chinese banks. another way to reduce exchange rate risk for china. Moving production to china may be further cost saving.
My circle is limited.
