No exceed your total income from Second job

You can deduct all of expenses which is for earning SECOND income.
For example, you can deduct gas expenses driving from first job to second job area, plus depr.for car.
also, phone call for second job, if boss does not reimburse to you. Etc.
Second job is no lose. Hobby is no lose. You can not deduct any lose from either Second job or Hobby from your ordinery income.
