１） － 时间，你是不是１００％之１００％贡献你的时间给你的公司。

２） － 是否是以盈利为目的。

３） －无人可３年不盈利，不然无法生活。及第三年仍是亏损，IRS有权认定你在做你的爱好。任何亏损不得抵税。

４） －不服气，你也有权上法庭。不过胜算不大。
