以我的理解，避免身后probate，Living Trust

不是唯一的方法。可以用joint ownership，另外可以在银行帐户上设立beneficiary, payable at death of the owner. 但是都各有缺点。 你说的对，Probate是public information, 财产一旦进入probate, 就不能有隐私权了。
