高手帮看看电脑怎么了

一开机显示以下问题:
Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt
\system32\hal.dll.
please re-install a copy of the above file.

关机前硬盘总是吱吱的转响声很大,时间很长,但一切都好,我怕转时间长累坏了,就关了机,没想再开机就出现了以下的情况.如何办?谢谢.
