iPod question

Sorry I really don't wanna go through the whole manual thing...

questions:

1. How can I copy songs from iPod to PC?
2. iPod apparently is not recognized as a drive in windows explorer. Do I have to access songs in iPod from the stupid iTune?
3. What's the easiest way to copy only few (one or two) songs from PC to iPod?

Be honest, I don't like iPod at all; since I already bought iPod Touch, I have to deal with it.
