Which one to buy? Dell Inspiron 1720 or HP Pavilion Elite m9040n

Plan to get a new PC. Looked around and got two candidates: Dell Inspiron 1720, HP Pavilion Elite m9040n Desktop. No plan to carry around. Home use only. Any suggestion?
