几个OFFER，有美国的中国的，何去何从很痛苦

先说一下费某个人情况：今年36岁，美国MBA刚毕业。最近拿到了四个OFFER，感觉上都不错，但是下决心很困难，请各位大大指点一下。

OFFER 1. 美国一个小IT公司，年薪给13万以及full benefit pack，职位是jr. tech。
OFFER 2. 美国一投行，年薪15万，职位是enty level analysist.

再说国内的：

OFFER 3, 某沿海省政府，聘用为厅局级干部(正厅，非领导职务)，年薪60万人民币。

OFFER 4, 某科研机构，给正教授，年薪80万人民币，家属零花补贴每年10万。

这些工作职位性质差别比较大，所以接受哪个offer就需要很谨慎。最近比较来比较去，很痛苦，请各位大大点拨dianbo
