Fan switch problem?

Looks to be the fan switch problem, however, it could be the accumulator pressure switch is bad as well.
There is a sensor switch in the accumulator canister that sensing the line pressure and since the pressure has strict correlation to temperature, the sensor is sensing temperature as well. That is to say, when temperature is in range, the switch is off and the AC pulley clutch is not engaged. If the temperature is high, so is the pressure, the switch is on and the AC pulley clutch is engaged, kick on AC compressor. That is to say, if the AC compressor is not on, either the pressure in the accumulator is not high enough (leak ?) or the switch is bad. I would check the electrical connection of the fan switch first.
