take out everything. thaw the entire refrigerator, dry all the condensation. typically, it should solve the problem. often time, it usually is caused by the ice-clogged air diffuser from freezer to refrigerator. once you thaw it, it should work again. if this does not solve your problem, you might need to call in someone for further check up.
