Temperature should be fine, as long as it is in the Normal range. It is really depend on the design.
However, why do you thing Saturn is fuel efficient? I rented a Saturn full size car and it was at about 3000 miles, and it was at 17 MPG, much worse than my 12 years Taurus, which is V6 with 100K miles, and at 24 GPM.
