I consider the cars you mentioned above "junk" cars and I won't buy anyone of them.

With a budget of $10-15K, I would try a 2002-2003 Maxima. You can go with Maxima SE with 6 spd manual transmission if you like spirited driving, go with GLE if you like luxury driving. And read Maxima.org forums.

The best deal of a $10-15 budget would be a 98-2000 Lexus LS400 after you learn from the repairing of J30 and can DIY.
