请教：哪位大侠自己安装过 JB stage 1 或stage 2?

很想自己动手安装一个JB1在335i上，但不知性能究竟能改善多少？尤其是对于一辆硬顶敞篷车来说，是否有意义？
若有哪位大侠有经验，请分享。叩谢啦！
