图书馆来信要书, 可我200%确定还了? 怎么办?

我该怎么和他们理论呢? 我每次还书前都对一下借书目录, 不可能没还或者还错.
要我陪书的话觉得太冤. 怎么办呢? 请大家帮忙支个招吧.谢谢.
