Jan.: Total 400 min, 100 used, 300 left
Feb.: Total 400 min, 200 used, 200 left + 300 from Jan
March: 400 min + 200 (Feb) + 300 (Jan)

all rolled-over time will expire after 1 year.

Above is my understanding. I am using the same plan but didn't really notice it.
