请推荐DC的旅馆

打算在夏天带孩子们去Washington DC玩。请大家推荐去Smithsonian museums交通便捷的旅馆，或者within walking distance或者乘坐地铁方便。如果自己开车，那里的parking garage一天要多少钱？那附近有什么好的中餐馆？

也请大家推荐New York城里的中餐馆。
