these qualities are hard to be copied by other HYPS kids, but critical for his happiness in his future career and family life. Life is a long journey. The one laughs at last is the winner. Early successes can easily make some people derail and give up early. HYPS background may make it easier to get a job offer, in the long run, it's still the people skill that counts. Your son already has the most important life skill, the only thing I can think of he might need is how to channel his energy & time to the right direction - to people & doing things that will help get what he wants. Congratulations!
