Fearless is the word I would describe my niece while my father would call her a wild horse.
In kindergarten, she bit a child and my sister had to take her to the family to apologize, yet, this wild horse surprisingly displayed her tamed side.
In her first grade in elementary school, she met a strong opponent, a girl wilder and fiercer. We thought the two would get into a big fight but nothing of that kind happened. One day I saw my niece walking home from school, this girl walked by her and slapped her on the back. I thought my niece would hit her back, but no, my niece laughed, kept walking and was not bothered at all. At home, we joked that there was someone who at last subdued my niece.
My niece actually played with the girl, let the girl have her way and two girls stayed peacefully.
