10分钟热身:stationary bike at RPM 95-100 or walking at 4.5 RPM on tredmill
stretch 5 minutes: stretch all muscle group,thigh, calves, arm and back.
intense cardio 3 minutes: walk at 5RPM or run at 6.
mat workout for abs and lower back: 10 minutes.
cardio 10 minutes: fast walking, biking or jogging.
pushup 10-20 reps.
cardio: 10 minutes.
upper body weight training: all muscle group.
cool down and stretch 10 minutes.
我觉得cardio 分开做效果好,先让自己心跳上去,然后再做weight 和垫上动作,能让自己burn more calorie.
