Why would Bush needs to privatize Social Security if it is stable? Why would he tightens intellectual rights as well as great scrutiny on immigrant researchers to the point of needing permission to use a microscope for them? The "stability" of the economical foundation is laughable. Everyone knows they are borrowing like crazy now more than ever. They already used depreciation in the past to avoid recession. Using it again won't have a greater impact than last time. The only strength USD has left is oil and that will change in the near future as well.
