US led NATO. If they really did so, the world, including those attending Arab nations, would be against them in an instant. They should be glad that a rising China is there to offset US. I mean lose some land while curbing US influences in the Middle East and let its attention gets split between the Middle East and East Asia sounds like an acceptable deal, at least in the short term, to me.
