But about the buget of 1951 you stated, "with a surge of 60%, China should spend 16000 YI RMB to help N. Korea" --- i.e., 1600 Billion RMB in 1951. Does that make any sense to you? China's GDP of 1952 is 67.9 Billion RMB according to this source:
