There is no use to argue the authenticity of the 回忆录. If someone believes it like a bible, so be it.
But I agree that 不可回避的是《回忆录》中大量的港台政治用语习惯和描述中南海办事程序时的大量纰漏！作为一个在中南海呆过三十多年的人来说，这是不能解释.

Also, I would like to pint out that it is hard to believe that Mao would discuss sensitive and political matters with his "private" doctor unless he or she is his confidential secretary like Tien Cha-ying, Yep Chi-lung, Hsu Yep-fu, and Chang Yu-feng.
