How many apartments do you have?
My point is, if you own an apartment building, or quite a few apartments, I can see the violation of fair housing thing. If you only want to rent out your OWN apartment, I don't think your ad should cause this kind of problem. The similar case is, for a small business owner (<15 or 5 or some number of people), it is actually legal to let go employee who is going to take maternity leave.
